Another step taken to make America a Police State

This summarizes the worst of it. A wall post I wrote on my uncle's wall:

I imagine you have heard about the deplorable new law approved by the Supreme Court's conservatives that allows for strip searching for minor crimes (as Jon Stewart took nearly half his show to cover brilliantly). It's hard to argue it was not intentionally passed during the NCAA championship and climax of the health care debate just like NDAA was passed on New Years. And speaking of our tyrannical and authoritarian government making our police state more and more official, the next Treyvon-like scandal appears to have surfaced, where once again an authority figure, this time police instead of a neighborhood watch dog, have acted viciously and illegally, KILLING another innocent african american male. See this article for info:http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/marine-veteran-kenneth-chamberlain-sr-killed-clash-police-responded-medical-emergency-article-1.1055569
The bill that allows for strip searching for minor crimes includes crimes like J-walking and not wearing a seatbelt.
